Nurse‑Led Clinical Care at Home (TDDI)
Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury (TDDI)
Rockingham Home Care is CQC registered to provide Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury (TDDI), enabling us to deliver safe, structured, nurse‑led clinical care to people with complex health needs in their own homes.
This registration allows us to support individuals who require ongoing clinical input alongside personal care, helping them remain at home, avoid unnecessary hospital admissions, and maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Our Clinical Approach
All clinical care delivered by Rockingham Home Care is nurse‑led and clinically governed. The service is led by our Registered Manager, who is also a Registered Nurse and Clinical Lead, providing clear accountability, professional oversight, and consistent decision‑making across the service.
Clinical care is delivered in line with:
Individualised care plans
Evidence‑based clinical protocols
Robust risk assessments
Ongoing monitoring and review
Healthcare tasks are only delegated to care staff where they have received appropriate training, been assessed as competent, and are working under clear nurse supervision.

Spinal injuries
Stroke
Parkinson’s disease
Huntington’s disease
Cerebral palsy
Acquired brain injuries
